Donna Grover, Associate Broker, GRI
My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a West Central Minnesota real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the West Central Minnesota area, please contact me.
Meet Donna Grover:
Donna began her career as a real estate professional in 1984, working in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. She acquired her Brokers license in 1986 and, soon after, her own real estate company. Donna is an Associate of The National Institute of Credit. Donna also graduated from the VIP Relocation Director’s Training Program, the Home Improvements Agent Referral Program and the International Academy for Real Estate Management.
In 1985, Donna’s husband retired and together they moved back home to Ashby after being away for 37 years. Donna services the lakes, farms and rural developments in the area of Ashby, Evansville, Battle Lake and Fergus Falls.
Donna believes that the knowledge that she has acquired in 22 years of a real estate career is phenomenal, but the very best part of her job is the clients, customers and friends she meets along the way.
Donna is Always Ready to Go Real-Estating!
